Mission Statement:
The New Horizon Church Health Care Ministry (NHCHCM),
through divine healing and partnerships with
national and local health and wellness
organizations, local healthcare providers, community
agencies, and others will assist our church
membership and community to maintain wellness,
improve health, prevent disease and manage illness.
Vision Statement:
New Horizon Church is a people of physical,
emotional and spiritual well being with access to
health care.

Goals:
1. Reach church/community and Teach and Equip
them to be
healthy
(spiritually, physically and emotionally) through
education,
anointing and prayer.
2. Identify and coordinate services based on
continual
assessment of
church and community needs
3. Educate the
church and community on pertinent medical
issues that
are prevalent in our society.
Action Steps:
Form partnerships
Conduct health fairs and screenings
Provide classes and written literature
Make appropriate referrals
The Health Care
Ministry's mission and vision are being accomplished
through the efforts of the health care cabinet and
team.
The
cabinet and team consists of:
1 Physician
1 Chiropractor
Pharmacists
RNs
LPNs
1 Phlebotomist
PCAs
Clerical assistants
Educators
Health care advocates
