The church is organized into four ministry
divisions. Each division is headed by a
full-time pastor who is responsible for that
respective division’s business activities and
ministry affairs. The divisions are: (1) Finance
and Administration (2) Reaching (3) Teaching (4)
Equipping
The Administrative Ministry is the component of
NHC that is responsible for coordinating the
functions of all four divisions of our ministry
in order to assure that our vision and mission
are consistently honored and efficiently
operated.
The Reaching Ministry of NHC consists of those
functions that are designed to win people for
Jesus Christ.
The Teaching Ministry is that component of our
ministry that is responsible for providing
members an understanding of biblical principles
that apply to every aspect of life as one grows
toward spiritual maturity.
Equipping is that aspect of our ministry that is
responsible for providing opportunities for our
members to practice biblical principles in
service to humanity.
