ˇ°If you could work in the job of your dreams, what would it be?

Start By Asking God!
The Bible says that enjoying your work is a gift given to you by God.

Then I realized that it is good and proper for a man to eat and drink, and to find satisfaction in his toilsome labor under the sun during the few days of life God has given him - for this is his lot.  Moreover, when God gives any man wealth and possessions, and enables him to enjoy them, to accept his lot and be happy in his work- this is a gift of God.

Ecclesiastes 5:18-19

 Job Opportunity

Student Intern Position Available at Mirror Lake BSC (IT) Department

We have an opening for a Student Intern Technician in the Business
Support Center at Mirror Lake . Candidates for this position will be
considered if they are currently enrolled in a Junior or Senior College
majoring in Information Technology / Computer Science. The position is
part time and less than 40 hours per week. We will consider only those
candidates who have some previous hands-on experience with
troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues. Such experience
may either be from previous work in a similar job or from managing (not
just using) the computer labs at their school. A candidate must be able
to not only work during the summer, but also during non-class hours for
at least 15-20 hours per week during the fall and spring semesters.
Because of the experience level we desire and the continued, year-round
work hours desired, this position is often not suited for freshmen who
have yet to gain any such experience, or for senior s who will be
graduating soon and will not be available to work in this position for
at least 12-15 months. Therefore, we usually most strongly consider
sophomores and juniors. If you know of any candidates who might be
available right away and would fit the requirements noted above, please
have them e-mail a resume (preferred over phone calls) to me at my
e-mail address below.

(NOTE: Our current Intern is returning to school in the fall (about the
first of August), so we are in need of someone to fill that position
beginning at that time, and continuing to work for as long as possible
during school months as well as during next summer.)

Thanks !

3,000 STUDENTS. 40 SCHOOLS. ONE LOVE.

Conyers, GA (BlackNews.com) ‑ At a time when so many historically black

colleges and universities are struggling due to a lack of endowment or

decrease in student enrollment, there finally seems to be a light at the

end of the tunnel.

Founded in 2006, The National Black College Tour Inc., provides high

school students (grades 9‑12) with the opportunity to select and tour

such schools as Howard University, Morgan State University, Hampton

With the help of such notable partners as Subway Restaurants*, and the

Hilton* Hotels Corporation, The National Black College Tour Inc. seeks

to provide high school students with an unforgettable opportunity to see

first‑hand the unique educational experience that historically black

colleges and universities have to offer.

tour t‑shirt and bag, college prep seminars, as well as covering all

tour recreation / entertainment activities. Each tour participant also

receives a waived application fee with Edu, Inc., an Atlanta‑based

company that provides students an opportunity to apply to over 34

historically black colleges and universities at once.

Although Atlanta (Georgia) serves as the hub city or primary departure

location for all of its 2008 college tours, The National Black College

Tour Inc., also provides students from out‑of‑state who would like to

attend with a non‑standard registration package that also includes

round‑trip airfare courtesy of Delta Air Lines*.
